The following terms are applicable for any Products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions



​The words of which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

  • Goods / Products refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights


The deadline for cancelling an Order is 7 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party You have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the Product delivered.

In accordance with Section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, You may cancel certain electronic transactions within 7 days without reason or penalty. To qualify, the Product must be returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging and materials.

Conditions for Returns

You have 7 days from the date You receive Your Goods to request a return, refund or exchange. For the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

•    The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
•    The Goods are in the original packaging
•    The Goods must not be used or damaged
•    The Goods must be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

The following Goods cannot be returned:

•    The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalised.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in Our sole discretion.

Returns of Unsuitable Goods


Unsuitable Goods must be returned within 7 days of delivery. The full price will be refunded for unopened Goods, with a deduction for opened Goods plus repackaging and restocking costs, up to 15% of the Goods' cost.

Special Orders


For non-catalogue/special Goods, a 50% deposit or full payment is required. Cancellation of special Orders before delivery is at Our discretion and may result in forfeiture of the deposit or payment, plus a cancellation fee, not exceeding the total cost of the goods.

Incorrect Item Delivered


If an incorrect Product is delivered or the Product is not as described or missing parts, please notify Us within 7 days. Do not remove the Product from its original packaging or any stickers or labels before contacting Us. We will collect the Product at no charge if the error is due to Our negligence and will either deliver the correct Product, issue a voucher, or refund the purchase price.

Goods Arrived Damaged


If Goods arrive damaged, missing parts, or inoperable, please notify us within 7 days. We will require photographs of the outer box, inside of the box, and the damaged item to assess the damage. We will arrange collection at no charge if necessary and will either replace the Product, issue a voucher, or refund the purchase price.

Conditions for Refunds


To be eligible for a refund, the Product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, undamaged, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once We receive Your returned Product, We will inspect it and notify You of the status of Your refund. If Your return is approved, We will initiate a refund to Your original method of payment. The full price will be refunded for unopened Goods, with a deduction for opened Goods plus repackaging and restocking costs. A fee of up to 5% may be charged depending on the refund method.

Refunds are processed within 8 to 10 working days of receiving Your returned Product and may take up to 3 working days to reflect in Your account.

Goods on sale are also eligible for refunds under the same conditions stated above.

Conditions for Exchange


You may exchange a Product for a new one within the specified return period, subject to the same conditions as a refund.

Returning Goods


You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If You receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included in the refund.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable shipping service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

How to Package an Item for Return


The Product must be packed in its original protective packaging to ensure it reaches Us safely. A 10% repackaging fee may be charged if the Product is not properly packaged. It is Your responsibility to package the item correctly to avoid damage.

Inspection of Defective Goods


A suitably qualified technician will examine and report on defective Goods at no charge to You. The technician will determine if the Goods have been misused or not used according to instructions.

Invalidation of Warranties and Right to Return Unsuitable Goods


Warranties are invalidated if Goods are opened, tampered with, altered, or used contrary to instructions by an unauthorized person, or if the warranty label is removed. Deliberate damage to claim a refund is considered fraud.

Exclusion of Industrial Use


Goods are warranted for domestic use only, unless clearly stated otherwise.
