Delivery Policy

• Modern Electric Appliances & Furniture only retails in the Republic of South Africa.

• Delivery will typically take 1-7 working days to arrive, subject to stock availability at the time your order is processed, the distance to the delivery location, and the availability of our delivery services.

• Your order is finalised once your payment is confirmed.

​

• We will be in contact with you to schedule a delivery date and time and inform you should any delays occur.

​

• Deliveries will be conducted by our delivery personnel whenever possible. However, if your delivery falls outside our parameters, we may need to utilise third-party courier services to complete the delivery.

​

• Currently our personal delivery services are limited to the Greater Western Cape Town area and some parts of the Overberg region. If you need delivery outside this area, please contact us directly.

​

• Deliveries are limited to South Africa and no after sales service is offered beyond the borders of South Africa.
